Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer support, case management, and issue resolution and a proven ability to deliver timely, accurate assistance that drives customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Triage, document, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate complex cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and update knowledge base content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with CRM or ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication with customer-focused demeanor.
  • 2+ years in customer service or a related role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a contact center or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and First Contact Resolution.
